AAAAAAHHHH!!
So, three days ago, I was at 91 tables of credit. Slowly working my way up to the coveted 4th GM star!
Our VC went in yesterday, I think, to add a few additional reporting sheets to my set, so I should be sitting around 96 or 97, I think, as of today.
But no! I only show as having 2 tables of credit.
All my sessions still show up on the Sessions tab for reporting, but I only show 2 tables of credit on the GM/Event Coordinator tab.
Is this a glitch, or am I truly now doomed to running another 98 tables before I get my fourth star?
Hey guys, didn't have a chance to address this thread over the weekend, but we are looking into this problem. Our tech team is currently juggling quite a load with kickstarter fulfillment and preparations for PaizoCon, and when we have an update we'll post here.
I blame the new developer, Mark Seifter. He did it. He was always causing trouble in Boston as a Store Liaison and then Venture-Lieutenant. :-)
That's Designer to you! And if I did it, I would give all those tables to myself rather than knock myself down to 28 tables...although maybe it's just to throw suspicion off me. Mwahahahaha!
Sorry guys, I don't have an update or an answer to the reporting questions just yet. Some bigger fires are taking priority over this issue. Thank you for your patience, and I apologize if the timing is conflicting with anything you need entered.
Lost my meagre 6 credits as well.....at least it's not so far for me to fall as you uber GMs

I'm not in a super hurry, <though I was pretty pumped to print out my new PFS card before my dreams where dashed :P >, but what should those of us that need to report games do? I see that the game I reported on Saturday is showing, but about 4 other games (for the GameDay Event are not). It is possible that the coordinators just haven't reported them yet, but I'm pretty sure that some of them have been and are just not showing. Would it be wiser to just hold off n reporting until this is fixed, or go ahead and report games now?

I lost most of my credit too. I'm currently at 4, which coincidentally is the extra credit I got for running We Be Goblins and WBG2. Is this the case for anyone else? If so, it might help the developers debug the problem.
Interesting insight. I show myself at 2 credits. I've run one session each of "We Be Goblins" and "Dawn of the Scarlet Sun". That seems to track with your extra-credit-for-short-modules theory.

It turns out that the PFS scenarios have all decided to go on strike and not report for GM credit. We're sending them in for re-education and they should be back to behaving as soon as that's complete.
Rest assured that all the session reporting has been recorded faithfully and once the wayward products are brought in line, the numbers will all snap back to what they should be.

I just got caught up on my reporting for my last few sessions and figured because I'm getting close to my 4th star, I'd look and see just how close. I'll guess I'll just have to wait. I'm assuming nothing bad will happen as we continue to report, and maybe when it's working again I'll see four stars instead of three.

Discipline has been meted out to the wayward miscreant scenarios and everything should resume normal functioning in short order. If you find that some of your GM stars have gone walkabout, the next time you report a scenario they'll come scurrying back. If you have no scenarios to report in the near future, please let customer.service@paizo.com know and they'll get you sorted.

For what it's worth, I'm till missing half a dozen tables or so, but I'm going to assume it's too early to worry about it and check again next week. :)
We still have a few reportable products to prod in the system, I'll be doing that either tomorrow or next week. You should be fine reporting any new sessions, as this was not a data problem.
After the "fix," I got almost all of my tables back (it's reading 48, compared to 50 actually reported), but my stars disappeared.
Those tables should be showing up some time after I get around to prodding some missing products. It's looking like this will happen at some point today.

No problem. I think we are all just trying to make sure that you all have feedback, so you know that what you are doing is having the intended effect, or not.
