Each entry should be formatted in those four lines, and be as concise yet precise as possible. An optional fifth line could contain notes of interest, restrictions, complications etc. ...

Goal: attain absolute power, rule the world
Complication: TriForce has 3 parts; PCs control 1st, NPC princess controls 2nd
