Unseen servant is definitely sounding pretty good. Very versatile. I wonder how many hours of my life I would get back by having one of these. Probably one hour per day minus inefficiencies related to directing it or needing to be within 25' of it.

Would CLW heal you if you have diabetes? What about heart disease? Darn gut....If so, then CLW for me. I could also be somewhat more adventurous if being injured wasn't such a big deal...
Otherwise, having an unseen servant would be really cool, even if I had to stay in the same room...I think it might be cooler, though, to have that memory device in MIB....Poof....I paid my rent already...
