Holy spell casting monk

Advice

I've been trying to put together this build in a way I'm happy with for a while now and I have a bunch of ideas but nothing cohesive.

I'm trying to build a off beat melee/spell caster character who debuffs enemies with rapid fire attacks to lower their saving throws and then hits them with a save or suck spell. I know I want to be heavily wisdom based so monk/cold iron inquisitor with guided hand would work well I think. I'm trying to not worry about damage and instead end fights through other means.

So what would a be a good option for melee debuffs? The potential ones I've found are, pressure point strikes, thug's sickening sneak attack could work with that, dirty trick, stunning fist, and I'm not sure what else could work. I don't want to use intimidate, it doesn't fit the character.

I want to fit this in with feats for snake style because that fits the style of monk I want to play and craft wondrous item because I think it will be really helpful over time.

The Irorian paladin might work too with a wisdom/charisma base but I don't think the spell casting will be effective over time. Champion of Irori doesn't get spell casting and does lots off damage, which I don't want.

So how do I fit this all together? We're going up to level 16, 17 point buy and everything paizo is legal. The character is a middle aged human woman who learned a tight flowing fighting style called water boxing while trapped in a demonic prison, learning their weak points and finding faith in personal perfection and enlightenment.

Step one: Worship a deity that grants the Madness domain.

Step two:Take the Domain Strike feat.

Step three: Profit!

Holy spell casting monk, Batman!

That would be potent but not really thematic to the wise enlightened monk of Irori I was planning on playing, and Irori doesn't have any domains that really fit that debilitating/pasture point striking theme. Repose domain would be effective but I'm worried my DM will think it's too strong with domain strike. Those also don't set up the lowered saving throws for the spell casting finisher.

Warpriest of Irori with the Enforcer feat.

Well, It's not Irori, but Tsukiyo grants the Madness Domain, and one of his priests could be just as enlightened as Irori... Just an option.

If you want to stay with Irori, the Warpriest idea is a good one, or Swap out the Domain for the Fist Subdomain from champions of balance. It will let you True Strike on a Stunning Fist attempt, and the Wooden Fist Power is a good buff for your unarmed strike.

What races are available?

@bbt

She's already been introduced to the party as human, I want planning on changing that.

@Imbacitus

Inquisitors don't get domain spells, are you suggesting cleric?

Would there be a good alternate channel that would work as a dubuff? Cold iron warden gets channel.

Scarab Sages

I was thinking cleric as they have better spellcasting than an inquisitor, and it seems like spells were the main point. It also opens the possibility of channel smite and guided hand, allowing you to go wisdom based.

Inquisitor could work though.

Also, since your character is female, you could say she has studied hamatulatsu in he quest for perfection.

Hamatulatsu is exactly the flavor I'm looking for (minus the demon worship) but doesn't seem to be that mechanically effective since unarmed strikes don't crit reliably. Reliability also makes stunning fist unappealing.

She is supposed to a small and unassuming rather zen old but spry lady who uses surprising and debilitating pressure point strikes to disable foes and her divine magic to destroy demons and the undead.

She's loosely based on the monk from Diablo III after she goes into retirement for twenty years or so.

Scarab Sages

Don't discount Stunning Fist. If you are Wisdom based (Either via guided hand or the Sensei archetype), you will have a VERY high DC, especially if you choose to further enhance it with Mantis Style. Adding True Strike from either the Spell or from Qinggong means you will hit when you want to use a Stunning Fist attempt, and the DCs can be quite high.

Silver Crusade

if its called "water boxing" then why not Marid Style?
