I find it odd that among the reasons to flag, there isn't an option for spam.
I end up picking "breaks other rule".

Edit: The hard part would be getting Kobold Cleaver or Spanky to dress up as Slimer. Cosmo probably has a Vigo the Carpathian outfit already in his repertoire.
