Last Wednesday Erik said the order should be shipping normally by the end of this week, but after reading Sara's update I thought I should check in again.

Hello there,
I looked into your order again and it seems that it was all ready to go, just awaiting shipment. Not sure why it was stalling for so long, so I gave it a short, sharp kick, and now it's ready to behave. I've brought the order down to the warehouse, and it should be shipped out as soon as possible.
