Order 1664735

Hi, My copy of the second Carrion Crawl module is about to ship and the email I got confirming this makes no mention of the Gamemastery Combat Pad I have waiting in my sidecart to be added to my next order. Will this be added automatically? I'm keen to save the international postage!

Your Combat Pad is still in your sidecart, waiting to out with the next subscription shipment. Unfortunately, this is one area that our site is somewhat misleading. Once you receive the email indicating that your subscription order has been created, to add items to this order, you have to select "Combine with a pending order" to add items to it. Selecting "Ship with the next subscription shipment" will put the item into your sidecart to go out with the next one to be created (i.e. the next month's). Since your Pathfinder #44 has already shipped, we are also already past the point where I can combine it manually.

We will be updating our checkout system in the future to address this functionality. In the meantime, the initial email you receive about your subscription order does say this:

If you would like to add additional items to this order, go through the usual checkout process, and choose the option to ship the new items with the pending order # 1664735. If you don't see this option, your subscription order is past the point where we are able to add items to it... but you can still choose to ship those items with the following subscription shipment.

Hi Cos,

Thanks for the quick reply. This was the email which prompted me to make the order! As you'll see from the order date, I ordered it the very next day and I did hit the "combine with pending order" button!
