Subscription Order Oddness

Hi, I realise that the new system will take some tweaks here and there but wanted to make sure that something weird hasn't happened to my latest subscription order. Unfortunately I can't find the order number for you, sorry.

My subscriptions page says that payment was authorized yesterday. Shouldn't I have received an email at that point saying that items would ship in a week or so and I can now download the PDFs? Well if that IS that case I didn't get that email and the PDFs aren't showing up in My Downloads.

Just making sure!

I can't speak for the authorization email, but the downloads only become available when the subscription is actually shipping out and your payment method is actually charged, not at the point of order generation.


Interestingly albeit possibly unrelated I placed an order over the weekend but did not receive any email confirming the order. The pdf's appeared in my downloads though so it was not a problem, just seemed unusual. Now my Pathfinder advantage does not appear to be applying in my cart.

My subscription says the same as yours, Shaun. Except today it seems to have merged with the April AP, #80, and says it won't ship until April 3.

I just checked, and this has happened to mine now too. EGAD!

Now my orders are separated into separate March and April orders again so...hopefully we'll be getting our emails soon :)

Some subscriptions were appearing funny because we hadn't finished the March authorization run yet.

The run was completed this morning. If your subscription order has been generated and things are still looking off at this point, please contact us (either start a thread with your specific problem or send us an email with the details) and we'll get you taken care of.
