Do Sahuagin have the Special Quality amphibious? It's not listed in the bestiary, but their use in raiding ships and surface settlements imply that they have it, since they are able to act on the surface for prolonged periods.

Old question but it has an easy answer. The sahuagin are prone to beneficial mutations per their Bestiary entry. So if you need some to be, then they are. Otherwise, no.

Or they are simply very good at holding their breath, and it's never been written into the bestiary entry. So it's safe to assume that they can raid ships and shorelines, but making extended overland journeys is probably a no-no.
