Darn, because that form of shipping to Australia is US$60, and I can buy the BB from another internet retailer, who won't charge me shipping, for less than AUD$40.

I'm not CS (but I was!), but I am confirming that the high shipping rates are because the product is over 4 pounds. You are welcome to purchase it wherever it makes the most sense for your gaming budget!

I have a solution for any other Net Nanny users. Make sure Paizo.com is on the Allow Website exceptions list. It will not attempt to filter the site and all issues with the new code will go away.


I am now seeing this on my profile pages in Chrome: the fillable fields overlapping the "About X" text (note Languages and Homepage Url).

Appear to have lost the Pathfinder Advantage subscription discount on items in my shopping cart.

Checkout wizard problem:

I had an address registered but no payment method.

I filled my cart, then went to checkout. I applied store credit but it was not sufficient to cover the balance, so I entered a payment method.

I filled out all the fields: name, card number, expiration date, then had to select a billing address.

I selected the billing address and it was filled in, but got the error message 'invalid payment method' because all the fields I had just completed were now blank. The data had to be reentered before I could complete payment and proceed. Re-entry is annoying!

Checkout wizard UX observation: I was not certain how to complete checkout once the payment page was complete. The third box with the X looked greyed out but it was the only thing available to click, so I clicked it. It turned out to be the right thing to do, but it was not intuitive to do it.

I just refreshed the applicable discounts on your order and the Pathfinder Advantage is now applied. Thanks for letting us know about that Matthew!


The inactive games won't stay hidden. They were actually remaining hidden until the new roll out.

And is there any chance you folks can create a "Hide all" for the inactive games?

Just so as to avoid having to click on every one of the inactive games individually.

I may have boo-boo'd - if I click "Add to Cart" on a PDF from someone's Wishlist, and complete check-out, will it go to them?

I can't tell since I already owned the PDF. If not, I imagine I should contact customer service?

Edit: I take it back - I think it worked since it disappeared from the Wishlist.

Hey! Does this mean we have a workaround to the gifting options? If someone adds something to their wishlist, can it be purchased for them even while the standard route is still being fixed?

I actually prefer the current shipment and old style of order emails - they were easier to read.


Ok, I'm late to the party here, and possibly VERY late, but has the 'favorite' action changed recently to make it really really easy rather than a pita? I love this, and must say so.

Favoriting hasn't changed in ages and ages, I think. The problem with focus not sticking, I think I just had an insight into what might be happening there. There are a number of bugs with higher priority but I'll take a quick peek.

We just rolled out a new feature. If you have a download for a product on your My Downloads page, you can now download it directly from the product page.

Also giving PDFs as gifts has been reworked and is now back in the order checkout process. I believe that with this item crossed off we are now caught back up to where we were before the rollout in terms of features.

Now we can start working on NEW stuff.

pmgy, I'm still having some display issues in Firefox (27.0.1) and Opera (12.16, pre-Webkit)... namely with editing posts and editing profiles. Would screenshots be helpful to you on this? (Or does your post not mean "there are no more bugs"?)

You're right, it's the "See who has favourited this post" link which is still very slow, comparatively speaking.

Its been that way for a bit now and was not part of this rollout. Yes, its intended.

For my most recent subscription order, the order confirmation email/order history page shows the Lego TIE fighter I ordered (and received) last month as 'Added to Sidecart'.
I know why it says that, and I'm not really concerned about it, but I thought I would point out a potential error in the new order history page.

Yeah, that issue has been annoying me for quite awhile, its not stopping anything from working so its not super high up on the "To Fix" list :/
