How do I set up my Warhorn event to allow for alternates to show up for a slot? Right now I have a full session of 6 players and I see that others have registered but I don't see any as Waitlisted. I must have missed something that allows people to be Waitlisted.

If you go to the Event Settings section along the left side of the screen. Then select Options along the top. That should take you to a screen that has a check box next to Allow waitlisting for activities without available seats. Check that box then hit save changes and your problem should be resolved.

I already had that checked. Hmmm...still a problem. I also have an email with Warhorn support on this. Hopefully, it's just something dumb. Thanks.

Well, strangely enough, it appears that I did check all the right boxes and more people registered than actually signed up to play at the table. So the table is currently full at 6 players with no one waitlisted. I think coincidentally, no one beyond the first 6 actually went beyond the registration to then add themselves as a potential player (and in this case on the waitlist). I had a friend test out the waitlist by adding himself and it worked properly.
