@Avena. Little to no initial economy in my belief. Part of this EE and the slow build is so that we have time to build and establish the economy, to determine prices, goods, and market values.
Totally agree with you.
At most the NPC market should provide really basical goods such as rations, rope and stuff like that, all produced by commoner or some expert, and yet this production should be limited for an arc of time till it replenish. Lack of goods stimulate the player to produce it and sell it at the price they wish too. This must be true starting from a player that decide to mine iron to produce a dagger.
Pathfinder is supposed to be a Sanbox game, do it in another way and the project will simply fail.

Question: When are the Crowdforger Buddy level backers getting an invite is it on the 15th?
Anyone that has a buddy account and is registered on Goblinworks should be able to play in the alpha in about a week if you don't get an alpha invite before that. There are quite a few of those floating around, so you may want to ask for one in any of the threads that mention alpha invites.

Sadly I have yet to get one in my email. I've been checking every day (including spam folder just to be safe.) Can anyone elaborate on why the information is so hard to get hold of for this? On the sales page at [link]https://goblinworks.com/shop/[/link] It says it's the 15th as well for the $100 package. The blog post states the 15th. And all other information I have seen says the 15th as well, and no where do I see anyone saying they have missed their invites. Am I just the unlucky one that never got one sent to him?

The 15th was pushed back to the 22nd then the 25th. The team appears focused on the immense work needed to get the code in shape for the EE release, and the web page is definitely suffering for it. Nothing has been written in stone about when we will all get access to the alpha. You haven't missed anything, but, again, there are still some invites around if you want to check for threads about "alpha invites"

Q: I'm having system issues, and I'd like to nail down what I need to upgrade on my computer to make PFO run smoother, is there a minimum system requirements list anywhere?
There isn't, but if you start a new thread with your computer's specs and a description of the problems you're experiencing, there are a lot of very helpful folks who will be glad to share their experience.

"We'll write a much more lengthy blog about this topic, but the short summary is that for the first month, we won't have an active game time management system, but will instead use server logs to determine if players have opted to use a month of game time. Players who do not wish to use any of their game time need to refrain from logging in to the game (not the website - website logins will not count) during the first month of Early Enrollment."
1 question. do i understand the above correctly, that if you wish to play from EE and onwards you use ur given gametime from the founderpack, and after a month of playing the EE-alpha game u will be charged for gametimee. So players will end up paying subscription through out alpha and beta?

No one's been paying for Alpha (except, of course the Alpha backers, who're paying indirectly via the cost of their generous pledges), but Goblinworks's said from the off we'll start paying as of the beginning of Early Enrollment. No one's required to begin using their Kickstarter credits until they're ready, but Early Enrollment is going to be a paying venture.

My understanding:
At the moment critical feats activate on all criticals, even heals and probably buffs as well.
Question:
-Is this going to change? And how would you see the priority for
changing this?
-Are there plans to implement "positive" critical feats?
As in, if you crit while healing you also but a short term buff on the
target, or increase the number of hp healed even more.
-What about criticals on buffs?

Hey All,
I paid for the $35 Kickstarter a long time ago, got the Emerald Spire and other freebies. When I singed up for Early Enrollment (about one week ago), I did not see my Kickstarter credit and do not have any of the benefits. Do I need to do something to "activate" those benefits. Let me know if someone can help.
Thanks!

Note that this thread is for questions you woulds like to see answered in developer blogs and videos, not for any random question having anything to do with PFO.
If you have questions about your account, contact customer service.
If you have questions about game details, post them in a different thread.
If you think you have a good topic for a dev to spend a half hour explaining, you could in theory post it here- except that you'd probably get a better response posting that request on the goblinworks forums.
So really, there's not much reason to post anything at all here anymore.
