Thanks for all the religion Sean. Your articles are the best.

I just realized, with Sean leaving, I'm losing my religion.

(Oh, no. I've said too much...)

Or you haven't said enough.

It is gems like this exchange that (in part) make wading through all the sniping and attitudes on the site worthwhile. Thanks for that guys.

Is that you in the corner?

No, but it's SKR in the spotlight..

Naw. I think you thought you saw him try.

So if Sean is no longer going to be directly on the dev team, that means he can focus on his true love, snarkily answering annoying forum questions right? Please say I'm right. I jump a little inside every time Sean gives one if his signature replies to a question that keeps popping up.

Thanks for the contributions, Mr. Reynolds (if you are reading this thread).

Any idea what the new projects are and if they have anything to do with roleplaying?

So, have they decided who's going to be replacing Sean?

Too soon, man. Too soon.

"I'm sorry to tell you that your uncle passed today."

"Who's my new uncle?"

;)

Rob Kuntz?

So many of us saying how we wish we had met or gamed with the fine fellow.

But we have!

Everytime we read his words, remember fine moments in our encounters, we oft forget the writers on the cover, and inside. Take a look, what are you running / playing right now?

I would bet more than one book involved has been across this mans desk.

So, you see, we all play with the man, every time we roll those dice.

All the best Sean! Thanks for the buttons!

Hope to see you still @ Gen Con!

When I (almost accidentally) discovered that I could post stuff on here, it was my first (and remains my only) experience of Internet forums.

My most amazing memory is when SKR himself replied to one of my posts, and actually made an errata based on what I said!

I was actually communicating with one of the writers of the game, and through SKR I actually helped change the game (very slightly)!

I'm still amazed and grateful to this day.

Good luck SKR!

(Can I call you 'S'?)

But that was just a dream. "Is that Michael Stipes' attorney?"--runs away--

Hey, folks.

I deliberately stayed out of this thread when it was active because I didn't want to influence it. I think I liked a couple of post that especially made me laugh.

Now that I'm no longer an admin (and can no longer see negative posts made by other people, which were removed by Paizo staff), reading this thread is a bunch of support and good feelings for the decision Jodi and I made.

There are so many nice posts here by fans, friends, and colleagues (categories which often overlap), it's a bit overwhelming. Reading this right before Gen Con--which is my big opportunity to see many of these people in person--is a gift.

I'm not going to go back through this thread and "+" every single post in it (that would be silly), but please consider it done.

Thank you for this thread. I really do appreciate it.

You are missed, Sean. And I think we're all looking forward to hearing about your future endeavors. From some of the inside chatter I've been hearing, it's going to be pretty exciting. :)

Yep, about a month or so ago. It was kind of a huge deal ...

His replacement actually just recently started as well
