Inscribe Magical Tattoo, cost for a Magus

Silver Crusade

Magus player wants to use the Feat to create a tattoo that stores Magus Arcana points (3 + Int modifier) and allows him to use points as follows:
* 1 point as swift action +10 land speed for 1 minute;
* 2 points as immediate action the ability Evasion for 1 round;
* 2 points as move action gain benefit of 1 magus arcana for 1 minute that he meets criteria for.

No clue where to begin calculating costs. Help? Is this even feasible? I've seen the costs (10,000gp) for storing a 3rd level personal spell. Seems this does so much more.


OK, in my mind, I would probably not let him store ALL of his arcana points.

I would use a ring of wizardry and/or ring of spell storing as a baseline (possibly even doubling the listed market price since tattoos are essentially 'slotless')

Spells stored suggestions:
Instead of +10 Lands speed for a minute: Expeditious Retreat
Instead of Evasion for 1 round: Blink
Instead of move action for Magus Arcana: Haste

And then -maybe- have a single magus arcana stored in it.

Then he has a reserve pool of Arcane Pool to draw from, and an extra arcana available to him that he could use.

I support the idea, but I am leery of the requested powers, and 10k gold is agreeably way too cheap.
