Should I run all, some, or none of the intro adventures?

GM Discussion

Being only one of them will count, should I take the time to run the other two, or should i just skip the last two?

If i skip the last two, is it worth running the first of them?

I assume you're referring to First Steps. Run #5-08 - The Confirmation instead, or in conjunction with First Steps part 1.

If you have a new group / several new players than I would recommend to run The Confirmation and not to skip it. Even old players seem to like it and it is a good introduction / starting point.

Wholeheartedly agree. That mod is awesome as a GM and as a player. Lots of background about the Pathfinders and some awesome loot.

1 person marked this as a favorite.

If you really have the time for it, you can still run First Steps 2 & 3, but be sure to inform your players those are retired and they'll play them for flavor only.

As others already posted, The Confirmation is a very good addition.
At an upcoming convention, for example, I'll run Masters of the Fallen Fortress -> First Steps part 1 -> The Confirmation. That still makes for a nice introductory story arc.

Andreas, we're actually offering those three in that order at our gameday tomorrow.
