The third rule: Despite how funny it is, using halflings as bowling balls and gnomes as pins is an alignment violation. No matter your alignment.
There is no Cosmo. Don't talk about Cosmo, it will only encourage him. But since he doesn't exist, I don't know why you would be talking about him/her/it.
