Where do LN characters go in their afterlife? Is it Utopia, Axis, or are both possible? Or are they the same?
Planar Adventures lists Utopia as the LN Outer Plane, but the wikis list the LN plane as Axis, and don't mention Utopia.
Can anyone explain this for me?

The PFSRD lists Axis and Utopia as separate entires. Given that the PFSRD only lists open game content that means that axis is not Paizo IP, and what exactly Utopia is is still confusing. Does anyone know what Utopia refers to? Is it a open game content name for another plane?

(A more pougnant question now is how a post from 2014 knew about Planar Adventures and what was in it when that book came out this year...)
He was referring to the "Planar" section of the "Adventures" chapter of the GameMastery Guide. :)
Which also explains the Utopia name, at that time some of the planes used more setting-neutral names when mentioned in rulebooks.

It is Axis, or rather the setting-neutral alternative to Axis if you're not using the Golarion cosmology. Its described like this in the GameMastery Guide:
Utopia (Lawful Neutral)
Utopia is a bastion of order against the chaos of Limbo and the countless demonic hordes of the Abyss. A great city of eternal perfection, Utopia's streets and buildings are paragons of architecture and aesthetics; everything is ordered and nothing happens by chance. While no one race rules Utopia, axiomites and inevitables make their homes here, forever striving to expand their perfect city.Utopia has the following traits:
Finite Shape
Divinely Morphic: Deities with domains in Utopia can alter the plane at will.
Strongly Law-Aligned
Enhanced Magic: Spells and spell-like abilities with the lawful descriptor are enhanced.
Impeded Magic: Spells and spell-like abilities with the chaotic descriptor are impeded.
The GameMastery Guide also has neutralized names for the Maelstrom (Limbo) and the Boneyard (Purgatory).

Actually, I think, PFSRD got confused, and they should not even be listing Axis, the Boneyard, or the Maelstrom, since these names are not Open Gaming Content. I have brought this to their attention now,
