Can a Monk use stunning fist as part of a surprise round, for some reason i feel i need a clarification on this.
You can use it anytime you make an attack roll, the only catch is you have to declare before you roll. So, you can make it as part of a partial charge in a surprise round, or as the standard act in the surprise, or AoO, or at anytime during a full attack. Pretty useful.
