While the first Inner Sea Bestiary was awesome I have two complaints.
1. Some of the monsters really were not specific to the Inner Sea or even to Golarion.
2. None of the specifically Inner Sea monsters from there 3.5 books were updated in the Inner Sea Bestiary.
So here is my wish list if they do an Inner Sea Bestiary 2:
Inner Sea Bestiary 2
Argorth
Azlanti Chariot Beetle
Black Blooded (Template)
Black Echelon Operative
Blast Shadow
Cinder Wolf
Emkrah
Forge Spurned
Guardian, Tongue of Rebuke
Guardian, Wings of Protection
Guiltgorger Giant
Havero
Necropyre (Template)
Nightmare Bats
Sea-Sworn (Template)
Spider, Crag
Spider, Dream
Get of Iblis
Unchosen Gnoll
Xotani, The Fire Bleeder
These along with any of the monsters that have been mentioned but not yet given stats would make for a great Inner Sea Bestiary 2.

Most of those could go into a world neutral hardcover. Though I agree about Xotani the fire bleeder should be in the book. What made the first Innersea Bestiary good was that it had no reprints. While I like reprints in the hardcovers, a bestiary this small should be mostly if not completely new content.
I would like to see the rest of the Spawn of Rovagug stated up one day.

Actually most, but not all, of the monsters listed above have backgrounds or fluff that relates them specifically to Golarion. Granted fluff can be changed to be made more generic but it's nice to see that history included.
All new monsters are great too, I just like seeing stuff get updated.

It would be nice if they had the stats for all 6 of the spawn in one book.
I noticed they moved this discussion to different section.
All the creatures in APs(and some other books) have Golarion specific fluff that is removed when they place it in a hardcover bestiary. As for a world specific softcover book because of the limited space of less then 50 creatures I would much rather have new creatures particularly ones that they have mention but not sated up yet. I think most of those that you have listed belong in a hardcover bestiary.
I thought they can't reprint the Havero for copyright reasons.

The entire point of the book was to produce all new monsters; things we've only mentioned by name in some cases (like the whirlmaw) or that we've talked about a lot without ever statting up (like robots or the spawn of Rovagug), with lots of stuff in between. There were a few totally new, never-before-mentioned monsters like the new psychopmps and the vampire, but everything else in the book has been mentioned before as being in Golarion, if only as a blog post that I used a fungus queen in an encounter in my after-work game.
And by all new monsters, I mean "Never before been printed new monsters." That meant nothing from any AP volumes; when we reprint those things, we tend to do so in Bestiaries. When we don't, it's usually because we're either saving them for future bestiaries or (gasp) because we ended up not liking the monsters all that much or enough to reprint them in the first place. The havero is sort of one of these monsters. It's 100% owned by us, and we COULD reprint it if we wanted, but I was never happy with how its "larger-than-large" stats worked. Now that we've got mythic adventures and rules for kaiju, though... we MIGHT reprint it some day. No promises, though. And certainly not in and "Inner Sea Bestiary 2" which would, if we did it, print never-before printed monsters that we've only mentioned by name in print. Like the juggerloathe.

So I assume then that on the list above there are a lest a few that are not like enough to reprint, could I get some insight on which ones those might be?

We don't keep a list of "never reprints" so I can't really tell you more about that.

If there were to be a second Inner sea bestiary, I would like to see the 4 elemental lords statted out.
We can stat them up now; they're all demon lord level creatures, after all (we couldn't do that when the first Inner Sea Bestiary came out)...
...but doing so would take up 9 pages of a 64 page book. We wouldn't just do one, after all. We'd want to do all four. And they're complex enough that they'd take up 2 pages each. Spending about 1/6 of a book on the same basic type of monster is not something we tend to favor, since with only 64 pages it's hard to get enough variety in there as it is... at 1/6 high-CR elementals, it's too easy for a potential customer to pick it up and get the perception that the book is useless to him due to it being "Filled with high CR elementals." I don't think that's a fair assessment, but it would happen.
As such, an Inner Sea Bestiary 2 isn't a great place to stat up smaller groups of demigods. For something like Empyreal Lords, demon lords, or arch devils, where we could conceivably do 1 for each and not feel like we're hanging others out to dry since there are SO many others... it's more conceivable. Stats for the elemental lords, as a result, would likely need to wait for a more specialized book than an Inner Sea Bestiary 2.

Oh man, the havero was awesome. I'm bummed to hear you guys didn't like it. I thought it was one of the best original monsters to come out of Pathfinder.
Mechanic wise, yeah, I can see how it might be due for an overhaul. But flavor? It rocked. I put one in the sewers beneath Sasserine I liked it so much.

Convincing management of the same is the trick! ;-)
I've heard beer is popular in that area. I wonder if that's true, hmmmmm.
Maybe I should see how well beer in my area would be taken there (western NC).
