Marathon Voter Season 7

A new one that was a neat idea and well done! (I just wish everyone would resist the urge to add the minor bonus power at the end.)

I don't want to know where you got the skin for the belt pouch...

Dedicated Voter Season 7

Hmm, ripped off name or excessive explanation of facial modification...

Just saw the theme music item. Had no idea you folks were being so literal about it!

Immunity to that energy type for 12 grands? Yes, please!

What do you mean you don't want to know?

I just devoted 150 words to it's origin!

Some of these terrain altering/disrupting items are kind of cool and innovative.

You know, for its name it should be muddy and decorated with flotsom.

The other item was better mechanics and twist.

SIAC shades vs. 50 shades

Once again I have an item that seems very familiar. It's paired against an average item whose spell requirements are a real head-scratcher when compared to its function.

Four seems to be the magic number. Items often come in four varieties, usually themed to the elements, seasons, or horsemen. Any other groups of four? Ninja Turtles, maybe?

It's morning in NZ, Tally Ho!

Hm. Well, sham-wow is at least a practical use of magic... and a better choice than the other item. upvote

I looked at the name and blinked. You went with ... that? Bland and grammatically jarring? Alliteration would have been better!

Correction: You have seen one of them.

Two decent items. And the tiebreaker was... Missing thousands-separating coma!

I swear I have had this pairing before.

Shadow item that utilizes certain ideas I like...

What's with all the weeping? Why aren't there any happy magic items?

Preposition choice makes an incredible difference in the way your item reads.

For example, "Prepared from halfling children..." is way different than "Prepared by halfling children..."

But how could they even make it to give to someone?!?

Pleasantly getting some new items today.

Still haven't seen mine a second time, but I'll choose to believe that's because it's doing so well, there is no suitable challenger it needs to be compared to as yet.

But they are completely the same if you replaced halfling with goblin.

*sigh* item that appealed to me much versus very decent item with nice idea behind it. I will probably vote for the other one next time.

I've seen a couple of umbrellas. I almost entered an umbrella themed item myself. Couldn't come up with a good enough power, just liked the idea of a magic umbrella.

Good point.

Interesting item. Needs one more requirement, I think.

Sure beats the umbrella.

Why would one try to use underlined tag?

Just saw a DQ item. :(

Had 299 words, but they left out the spaces before "gp" in both the Price and Cost, making the "real" count 301.

Don't ride the line, folks, or Template Fu will eat you!

You have to admit - considering how much Disney owns - that's still a pretty broad field.

Why do you keep making items that explode when they break or have other magic items interfere with them? I wouldn't ever buy a computer that becomes a bomb when someone sticks a cookie into the disk drive.

Oh, and you overpriced the item by over 100%

Stay away from Acers then.

I am sad that I am not seeing any items with mismatched price/costs. Or turtles. Or apologies.

Oh wow. An actual weapon. I know you guys mentioned seeing them but I finally saw an item that is a weapon. Even says so in the title.

If the (lesser) version costs nearly 100kgp, how much does the greater cost? 1.85 million?
