i've got a 5th level character, barbarian 2/dual cursed oracle 3
if i want to retrain to abandon the archetype, what count as the class features he's already attained?
i figure the oracle's curse was altered, so that's a class feature.
dual cursed don't get bonus skills from their mystery so that's a class feature.
the bonus spells get altered, is that a class feature?
he's not 5th level in oracle yet, so he hasn't taken a bonus 5th level revelation, but the revelations entry is altered to allow them to take two different revelations, is that a class feature to replace?
so basically is it 10 days for two class features ( bonus skills and dual curse ) or 20 days for him to retrain ( bonus skills, dual curse, bonus spells, revelations ) ?

no, its listed under archetype, 5 days per alternate class feature you would gain, when taking an archetype, or 5 days per alternate class feature you currently have, when abandoning an archetype. I just don't know if some of those options count and some are just adjustments, or if all four are really considered alternate class features. ( or whether each bonus spell would be counted? ). because dual cursed oracle level 1 would end up costing 15 points at worst case ( with dual curse, skills, and revelations ). its almost cheaper to retrain the class away than to retrain away from the archetype.

To abandon an archetype, you must spend 5 days for every alternate class feature you already have from that archetype. At the end of the retraining, you lose the archetype's class features and gain the standard class features for the class.
yeah, just picking the public's brain. i've not used the retraining rules before, and i'm not impartial enough to decide on my own (b/c of course i'd like it to just be 10 days , not 20 days )
