The Eldritch Heritage feat tree from Ultimate Magic lets you gain the bloodline powers of a different bloodline.
Not sure if that's quite what you're after, but that's the only thing I know of that is close.
I know that the Crossblooded archetype gives you the bloodline arcana of both bloodlines. And you can choose your bloodline powers and spells from both of your bloodlines, but there is a penalty to Will saves that never goes away.
As for feats, I think you can get bloodline abilities from Eldritch Heritage, but there is nothing for arcana, as far as I know.

you want the mind affecting spells to work on Undeads. Right now you are pretty much out of luck. The only way to get both arcana would have been to play a crossblooded sorcerer from the beginning. But well maybe you might be able to convince your DM to let you become a crossblooded sorcerer but of course, that would be a houserule and totally up to your DM.

Not to mention that you push the level at which you gain higher level spells back another level. Not worth IMHO.
Or, if you want to get something in that vein, the Threnodic Spell metamagic feat would serve you well.
Yes, Crossblooded is the only way to get multiple bloodline arcanas. However, in your case, Lathiira's got the solution, and taking Threnodic Spell will get you what you need.
