I sent a email last week and got the shipping noticed yesterday about it going to be shipped soon. I sent a reply to that asking again for it to be held and got a automated response.

I understand you guys are completely swamped but I have to get this order held before it gets processed. We are going out of town next week and won't be back until after the New Year and don't want the box of books sitting out in the weather that whole time.

So to make positive the order gets held until we return, I am making a forum thread too.
