I purchased the PACG Adventure Deck 2 (Skinsaw Murders) from my FLGS, but they weren't sent the promo cards (Blessing of Zarongel) to go along with it (the distributor's fault, not yours). They've been trying to get the card for me ever since, but I'm starting to think it's never going to happen.
Is there any way I can get my hands on the missing card... other than resorting to ebay?
Secondary question: was there supposed to be a promo card with both the base game and character add-on deck? I bought both at the same time and got only the "Poog of Zarongel" card.

The other promo card for the initial release was "Fire Sneeze" which was available to subscribers but is also our convention promo and may be available at conventions in the future. It was not available to retailers through distribution.
Subscriptions to the card game come with associated promo cards at each release. Retailers have access to many of the promo cards but it is up to each individual retailer to work this out with their distributor.

Unfortunately beyond the ways listed in the above linked thread, we do not currently have any plans to offer the promo cards along any other avenue.
