Int Weapon Damage

I know Focused Shot, allows you to add int to dmg with bows and crossbows. Is there a feat for melee weapons? I could have sworn there was one but I can't figure out where.

There is a combat style called Kirin style. Once you get to the second feat in the chain (Kirin Strike), you can apply double your intelligence bonus to an attack as a swift action (melee or ranged since it just says attack). However it only applies once a round (you only get a swift action once per round) and you have to identify the creature beforehand (at DC 15+CR DC).

I'm looking for a Feat or a Class ability. Its some sort of a finesse skill where you can add your Int bonus as damage. I don't think its Duelist but maybe something similar.

Are you thinking of the 3rd level ability of the 3.5 Swashbuckler?

Some helpful soul has put together a file of "Getting X to Y".

It breaks down what stats can be used for skills and abilities; it's always a good place to start but you will need to follow the raw to it's source to make sure it's correct for your build.

Int Swashbucklers were so fun.

Try to convince your dm to allow them to be ported.
