Looking at the various issues and complaints about the various classes, I can see one issue in particular that absolutely screams to be fixed.
Swashbucklers should get weapon finesse as a bonus feat at first level.
If a Swashbuckler is using finesse-able weapons, there's a decent chance he is going to want to take some feats that require weapon finesse as a prerequisite. And yet, the Swashbuckler class doesn't give weapon finesse - it gives him the powers of weapon finesse, without granting him the feat. This means that a lot of Swashbucklers are going to be forced into taking a completely dead feat in order to pick up any feats that have it as a prerequisite (Dervish Dance, I'm looking at you).
Secondly, it must come at level one. The class is just neutered completely without it... and you're not even leaving them the option to pick it up early without taking it as a dead feat again, since they're gaining the benefits of it in just ONE level anyway.

Speaking of Dervish Dance... and more specifically how it turns slashing into piercing for "all feats and class abilities that require such a weapon."
We all would agree this means that a swashbuckler could use their precise strike deed with it.
But what about the Aldori Dueling Mastery feat?
Relevant text: "You treat it as if it were a piercing weapon when determining the effects of weapons used by a duelist"
Should we assume that RAI is that aldori sword-wielding swashbucklers can benefit from their namesake feat? Could this get fixed in the RAW?
