Can you Increase the DC to accelerate crafting multiple times?

In mundane Crafting and Magical crafting rules, a player can raise the DC by +10/+5 respectively to increase the speed of crafting. Can this be done multiple times to gain the effects again?

e.g. For mundane crafting, can you raise the DC by 20 instead of 10 to multiply the result of your successful rolls by the DC+20 for seeing how fast you can craft? And for magic crafting, can you roll against a DC+10 for effectively 4 times the normal crafting rate, or +15 for x8, etc?

For mundane crafting, yes you can increase the DC multiple times to speed up the rate you craft mundane items. However, the rules say you can raise the DC by increments of +10, not by +5. But I would fine with making a house rule that allows increments of +5. I don't think doing so would be a big deal.

As for crafting magic items, I'm under the impression that you can only increase the speed you craft magic items only once. It does not mention you can keep increasing the DC to craft magic items faster. There are special abilities that allow you craft magic items faster, so you can use those.

The hold up I am having is that the mundane crafting doesn't say anything about being able to or not increase multiple times, hence either the magical crafting increase should be or not be allowed to increase rate/dc multiple times in suit with the mundane. The calculations are different, but either you could increase the DC multiple times or you couldn't.

Hmm... You're right. Crafting does not say that you can apply the DC increase multiple times. It only mentions the one time.

Looking back at the epic level handbook (dnd 3.0), it was clear that you could apply the DC increase in multiples of 10, to what ever DC you wanted.

So it specifically allowed mundane DC increasing, good to know.

Despite Pathfinder RPG lineage, the design philosophy for crafting in 3.0 doesn't really relate much to this question.
