What are the best potions for Alchemical Allocation?

So, the Alchemical Allocation extract just blows me away with how useful it is. Use a potion without expending it? For a beastmorph or ragechemist melee alchemist, this seems like a fantastic usage of my Extract slots.

What are the best potions to purchase that would benefit a natural-weapons focused Melee Alchemist build? Long-term buffs with long durations especially.

Potions or ELIXERS? Using the reverse engineering aspect of Item Creation, you could commission (or make it yourself if your GM allows Alchemists to take Craft Wondrous Items) a one-shot Elixer of ANY spell that could affect you. Then use your 2nd Level Extracts to power it indefinitely.

I realise that I haven't in fact answered your question at all, but it's something to consider.

Barkskin with a caster level of 20?

Anything that appears in the rulebooks (I'm asking for PFS). Sadly that means that Barkskin is at CL 5, and only at CL 5.

So, elixirs, potions, you name it. What's the best ones to buy, considering I can use them over and over and over.

Sovereign Court

I would say just build up a nice little stock of utility and specialty potions so you can use them as needed. I would use something like Bull's Strength, Enlarge Person, Fly, Haste, or Cure Serious Wounds.

Combine this extract with a couple of hollow pummel weapons and accelerated drinker and your action economy shouldn't hurt to much.

Round one: Drink Extract and move towards enemy while drawing the appropriate weapon with your desired potion stored inside.

Round two: As a move action drink your potion, spit it back as a free action, and proceed to attack the enemy.

Heroism, Flight, and of course "the elixirs". Elixir of Spirtsight is a necessity (ghosttouches all weapons / armor and gives detect invis for a minute), Elixir of Shadewalking can break travel modules (take the party and the people you are escorting with you). On that last one, expect the GM to curse and fret a good bit :).

gaseous form is excellent for getting out of black tentacles

Don't forget to take the Accelerated Drinker Trait (from the Cheliax Companion) to reduce your drinking potion time to a move action, so your can snarf your AA Extract and your Potion in the same round.

There's alchemists without that trait?

Bark skin is bettr to just drink as yor extract, as it's the same level. Greater magic fang potion, strong jaw (the one potion that can be bought from ranger, Mike Brock gave it an exclusion as it is a level four and thus unpotionable as a Druid spell). I get my flight from wings. Magic circle of protection spells are nice to AA.

Just the ones who have never heard of it TM.

A potion of Heroism is a good investment.
