In regards to part 2, I was actually thinking of the haunt for the pit trap, and it's hard to say how the GM handled some of the kobolds. He could have had one sniping from a distance, and because the party failed a perception check, they assumed that it was a trap?
Two crits in the first round? Right. And Ledford shouldn't do enough damage, without fudging the die roll, to put a first level cleric down on the first hit, on average. Not to mention that the arcane caster is supposed to avoid melee, and has a spell to try and cast if he does get forced into melee.

[Spoiler omitted]

The second one sounds like a weird version of the Pallid Plague scenario. Very weird version. To be honest, I can't even remember a scenario where there was an option to fall off a boat, although some do have a section of boat travel where an enemy might try a bullrush on a heavy armor PC. But that should still provoke at least one Attack of Opportunity, which can make it difficult to succeed at.

And the third one can't be the Ambush in Absolom quest, at least not as written for the reason to go looking. The actual Ambush lays down that it is a missing Pathfinder initiate, who was taking the sewers as a shortcut, but never made it to his destination.

And, as to the GM walking off with your Pathfinder library, as Jiggy said, wow. Hope that he has had to talk with both the store owner and the police about that.

And, succeed, fail or die, you are supposed to get a chronicle for every adventure any of your PFS PCs participate in. Whether it is marked as 0 XP, 0 PP and dead, or 1 XP, 2 PP and full gold...

(setup)
I originally tried out Pathfinder Society a little over 2 years ago, shortly after Ultimate Combat came out I think.

In my first, and only, day of playing scenarios, we ran through 3 of them in roughly 4 hours. All resulted in TPK's and, with further events afterwards, saw me and the rest of my pathfinder crew abandon Society play in my hometown, we stuck to home games after that.
W
Now I'd like to try it out again, as I just moved to a new area, I figure I'd give it another shot. It'll take me a while to repurchase the books I'll need, so I've got a bit of time to solve my next riddle of sorts.

Now, the problem is, the GM at the time didn't give out Chronicle sheets, and it's been a fair stretch of time as well. I even had to make a new paizo account, as I still have no idea what my first one was called, or which email address it was tied to.

I know that we aren't supposed to get credit for scenarios we've already played or read through, but I'm not sure which of the scenarios I've played.
(/setup)

Now I don't want to break any of the society's rule intentionally or not, do any of the more experienced players and/or GMs want to help me figure out which scenarios I've played?
I'd hate to figure it out midplay and possibly wreck the game for others. I'm fairly sure these were from 2 years ago, they may have been older.
