So I'm low level. Say 3, and I get a Mythic Tier bonus that gives me Leadership WAY before I should have it normally.

Did they clear up how that works? Do I get a co-hort at Lvl 2? And a much reduced follower pool?

Just wanted to make sure.

My interpretation is that your cohort would be 1st level and you would have followers as normal. If you were lower than 3rd when you gain your first tier, then I would say either A) No cohort till at least 3rd level or B) Your cohort is 1st level but doesn't gain any xp until you hit 3rd, then progresses as normal.

That's what I was going by, but it's a thought.

I don't think you should ever even get a mythic tier bonus before level 7...

I would say calculate your leadership score as normal (the chart extends for low score numbers) and if your score is high enough for a cohort, it should be level 1 if you are 3rd level, level 2 if you are 4th.

Calculate your leadership score as normal.

Then follow the normal leadership rules for cohort level

Quote:
Cohort Level: You can attract a cohort of up to this level. Regardless of your Leadership score, you can only recruit a cohort who is two or more levels lower than yourself.

So at 3rd level, the highest level cohort you can recruit is 1st.

Number of followers is also calculated normally.

I've experimenting with a game that folks get it by level 1. And frankly it works fine.

Really though, odds are they won't reach the Ascention event until level 3.
