This will have some stuff for the race, I believe - if you can wait until June ;b

GM Boon has been received; I have two sessions still unreported. (One as a player and one as GM.) I also wasn't sure which boon we'd receive seeing as the event spanned two seasons; but I would have been happy with either so I can't complain!
And while I'm at at a huge thank you to our online leadership for making this happen!

The reporting is still going on. We are having to do some detective work as we report - there is missing, and/or incorrect data in a number of sessions that we have to get clarification on - which slows it down a bit.
What session are you seeing that is incorrect?
Just saw that reporting has started. I have two problems, my player session is for the worng adventure (already reported) and Fangwood Keep does not appear. Or will modules be reported later?

There was incomplete and/or incorrect data in the reporting sent to us, which has slowed things down because we have to do some detective work as we go along. The sessions are still being reported in batches.
Once everything is reported we will be able to send out the rest of the boons to those who win them.
When the reporting is complete we will let you guys know and we will post a list of winners.

Arthur has finished reporting this evening.
Please verify your sessions and let us know at PFSOnlineVOs@GMail.com if you find any issues or anything is missing.
We can now move on to Prize Boons :)

Sorry for the delay we have had a host of... issues.
There are about 40-something player boons left to go out.
Unfortunately the way the info was submitted we don't have all the information we needed to actually contact the winners, so it is very slow going.
We may just have to post the list of PFS #s and just ask people let us know who is who, or something along those lines.
When I get back home I will drop more information on the topic.
I'm guessing the amount of time that the Paizo site was down this weekend didn't help matters much...

My only concern with all of this is how can you differentiate between 'You did not get a boon' and 'You were not informed you got a boon'
It would be nice if we got informed if we did NOT win a boon too, just so we know it wasn't the later.
Tossing everything through a middle man just exasperates the issue.

So the boons have been randomly awarded, just that we do not know to whom. Is this correct.
How many boons are awarded? If it is only 10% or so, could you mention the GMs involved and rule 90% of us out?
I am guessing that most who eagerly want to know are waiting on a character rebuild, so another question might be whether or not the boons are race boons (or otherwise important to starting a new character)
Thanks again Jesse.

An email was sent to all of the GMs who reported a game, so they have a full list of who won a boon.
Race Boons are for GMs only.
We will send out boons as the GMs identify the winners for us and provide their contact information.
Thanks for all of your patience - this will not be such an issue the next go-round.

Thanks for answering that Jesse, I can rebuild my arcanist now (and keeping a Tengu :)
Thanks for DOING this Jesse. Self-employed in rural town makes this one of only two options. If I dinnae have family in the other area this would be the only option. I cannae show my gratitude enough!
Let me repay the favor and help you on the next and all future events. :)

So, I have gotten all the information except for fom one individual. I have tried to PM them, but no responce. I have asked all the other players and the other GMs if they have a way to contact them, and they do not. It seems that their last post on the boards here was in my game, and they do not otherwise use Paizo, so probably are not going to see the PM any time soon. I posted here on the off chance they might see it, but otherwise I was wondering what you would like me to do? Should I go ahead and send all the other info, or wait a bit? I have the players name, but no email.

Did you use google docs to give out chronicles? If so you might be able to see which email 'last opened' the document. Depending on the notification, making a change to said document might send them an email. Since warhorn was used to muster, there might be a way to contact them there as well. Do the the VCs for areas or the online vo) have access to the email address used to set up the Paizo account?
Long shot, but maybe the suggestions will jar something loose in a person smarter than me. :)

Yah, I tried that as well, no luck. :)
I have tried everything I can think of without borderline stalking, so I figure I will just email everyone else's info. As far as I can tell, it seems like they only used Paizo boards at all for the 4 gameday games and hasn't been back since. There is a comment that they used Roll20, but that DM likewise did not know.

Everyone who has submitted information, as of tonight, should have their boons now.
(Marked in green on the GM submission form)
If you see any issues, please let us know.
We will likely have to set a sunset date for those who do not respond - I will check with the powers that be to see what that timeline needs to look like.
Thanks!

As the one who gave the false information and disrupted the flow of sending out player boons to the hundreds or thousands of victims of my twisted game, I would like to apologize to everyone affected by this situation (except Arthur). I feel that my actions have led us that much closer to knowing each other, however, and hope that this trend will continue into the future so we become a much closer knit-community.
Don't worry, though, I pulled the same stunt on Jesse when I joined IronHelixx Online PFS to gm. We should start a support group! I'll bring the coffee if someone else supplies the doughnuts. See? Closer knit community! I'm a genius!
I'm sure I'll be the subject of the next moot, though. <sigh>
Sidenote - All the above was typed with tongue in cheek. Except the part about Arthur.

To everyone who had won something and responded to their GMs request for information, Yes.
(There are a number of people who have not responded to the information requests though.)
There are a couple of GMs who emailed the Online VO email account directly - I still need to dig those couple of responses out of the 100+ emails in that thread to make sure I do not miss them.
But the responses to the GM boon form should be sent, Yes.
Do I take it that player boons have being sent out?
