Bruthazmus?

Can someone explain me to what I should do to encounter Bruthazmus twice? Do I shuffle him back into the location deck after the first encounter, or do I encounter him back to back on the same turn?

Encounter him back to back on the same turn. The difference between this and "Combat 8 then Combat 8" is that the character fighting Bruthazmus has to make both combat checks (since they're separate encounters) whereas "Combat 8 then Combat 8" can by split up between two characters at the same location.

Also, if you lose the first time and win the second he is defeated.

In another thread it said you had to defeat both conditions. You have to complete the second condition because it may have more penalties that could be applied.

Correction. I had not read his actual card (thought it was a combat then combat card). Just what I needed, something else to confuse me.

Can the first encounter be evaded? Or does evading it evade the entire card and prevent the second encounter from happening?

Evade would dismiss the entire card, no encounter.
