What would this Touch / Flat AC be?

Rules Questions

Sczarni

Level 20 Monk/Druid at 71 AC. Touch of ??. FlatFooted of ??

Base 10 AC
Wisdom - +9(w/Headband)(Monk)
AC Bonus - +3(Monk)
Dexterity - +5(w/Belt)
Bracers of Armor - +8
Shield - +4(Wand - Standard)
Wildshape +6(Detriments included already)(Standard)
Ki Point - +4 (Swift)(Monk)
Full Defense - +6 (Standard)
Padded Armor - +5 w/Wild (+6)
Bark Skin +5 (Standard)(Monk or Druid)
Ring of Protection(Deflection?) +5

What would the Touch and Flatfooted AC be of this guy?

The monk loses his AC bonus when wearing armor. so the padded +5 negates 12 points from wisdom and ac bonus you have listed above.

touch loses bracers of armor, shield, barkskin.

flat footed loses wisdom, ac, dex, wildshape (if its not a natural armor bonus) the ki point, full defense.

Your bracers of armor won't stack with the padded armor anyway, so ditch the padded.

Considering that, I count AC58 from what you have listed(also minus full defense), flat-footed 49, touch 35.

Flat-footed loses you Dex and your ki point. Touch loses the bracers, shield, wildshape, and barkskin bonuses.

I'm counting this in Wildshape form, otherwise I would not have included Wildshape on the list.

Okies.

Ah. Thank you for pointing that out Ryric! I might keep the armor just to have other effects then if Bracers of Armor do not stack with it's Armor or Armor Bonus. I might load it with better Fortification and ditch the Wild enchantment. Or I could keep the armor loaded and instead of those bracers of Armor grab something else... and that way mage armor would still apply later to balance out my touch/flatfooted more...

Got it! Thanks guys!!

Looks like it's a maximum of AC 65, Touch AC 35, Flat-Footed AC 49.

Super!! :D

You also lose the monks AC bonus and wisdom bonus when wearing armor.

You don't lose monk bonus AC when flatfooted. It applies both to flatfooted and touch AC.

So, if you ditch the padded, you have:

Base: 10 AC <all>
Monk AC: 12 <all>
Dexterity - +5(w/Belt) <normal + Touch>
Bracers of Armor - +8 <normal + FF>
Shield - +4(Wand - Standard) <normal + FF>
Wildshape +6(Detriments included already)(Standard) <normal + FF>
Ki Point - +4 (Swift)(Monk) <normal + Touch>
Full Defense - +6 (Standard) <normal + Touch>
Padded Armor - +5 w/Wild (+6) <not used>
Bark Skin +5 (Standard)(Monk or Druid) <normal + FF>
Ring of Protection(Deflection?) +5 <all>

AC: 65
Touch: 42
Flat-Footed: 45

If, instead, you kept the padded and ditched the bracers:

Base: 10 AC <all>
Monk AC: 12 <voided>
Dexterity - +5(w/Belt) <normal + Touch>
Bracers of Armor - +8 <not used>
Shield - +4(Wand - Standard) <normal + FF>
Wildshape +6(Detriments included already)(Standard) <normal + FF>
Ki Point - +4 (Swift)(Monk) <normal + Touch>
Full Defense - +6 (Standard) <normal + Touch>
Padded Armor - +5 w/Wild (+6) <normal + FF>
Bark Skin +5 (Standard)(Monk or Druid) <normal + FF>
Ring of Protection(Deflection?) +5 <all>

AC: 50
Touch: 30
Flat-Footed: 35

While Wild shaped with a Wild enchantment armor are you considered to be wearing armor for purposes of Monk's bonus to AC?

yes

This is certainly news to me. I need better search-fu. I'll go scavenge for the ruling.
