Cost of Armor for a medium amimal companion

If this has been answered anywhere else, I cannot find it.
My Druid just became 4th level, and his Bear is now medium. Normal Studded Leather for the bear would cost 50gp. Would Masterwork cost 200gp( 50 for armor, and 150 for masterwork), or 350gp( 25 for armor, 150 for masterwork, then double that for unusual creature). And would making it +1 magical armor cost an additional 1000gp, or 2000gp, because it's double? I'm a bit confused. Thanks.

You only double the base cost. Masterwork and enhancements are a flat cost after that. If I understand correctly anyway.

MrSin is correct. +1 Studded leather barding (medium) would cost 1200gp. 25x2 for medium non-humaniod + 150 for masterwork + 1000 for "+1" enhancement.

It's when you add special materials that it gets iffy.

I.E., there's no consensus on whether a Mithral chain shirt for your animal companion would cost 1200gp (100gpx2, +1000gp) or 2200gp (100gp+1000gp, x2).

Ah, thanks! As to the special materials, I would think, unless it says the special material specified that it costs more to enchant, like cold iron, I would think the enchantment would be the same for any size, no?

Yeah, the price of the enhancements are static and don't change with size.

Enchanting a huge-sized set of leather barding to +1 costs the same as enchanting a small-sized set of full plate. It's just the base price of the item, before enchantments, that you need to figure out.
