Grimoire is a comprehensive electronic spellbook. It covers all magical core classes (Bard, Cleric, Druid, Paladin, Ranger, Sorcerer, and Wizard) and puts a searchable, filterable, groupable list of magical spells right at your fingertips.
Grimoire is based on the PRD and the Paizo Spells Database by Mike Chopswil (d20pfsrd.com).

I just added Ultimate Magic to the mix and fixed that pesky bug that crept into the last version (the one that prevented the APG classes from showing in the collection most of the time).
Please feel free to suggest features for future versions. Currently I am planning the following:
* ability to create your own, personalized grimoires
* manage spell preparation and usage as in-game support
* PDF creation for own grimoires (summary sheets and spell cards)

Via the Win8 Store review mechanism I sometimes receive user questions that I cannot answer as I don't have any means to contact the reviewing user. Therefore I'll answer such questions in my G+ support community:

Really like what your working on here - there is another spell search engine out there for windows called OGL Spells. Unfortunately it hasn't seen much action since july last year.
One thing it lacks (although promised in a future update) that yours masters is the ability to make custom spellbooks. One thing OGL does well however is its incorporation with the d20PFsrd csv files which takes all the time out of manually adding and updating new spells by allowing you to import them directly from d20PFsrd.
Perhaps you should collaborate with "Merlin" on this?

I considered automatic updates based on the public CSV but found the embedded HTML problematic. I had to "manually" correct hundreds of entries to get the result I needed for my purposes. Until I can fully automate these corrections automatic updates will have to wait. Alternatively, I could disable some features or just provide an update mechanism myself. I will consider this.

Slightly off topic.
I downloaded your simple dice roller and found it very useful.
However, it lacks the ability to roll X dice and drop highest or lowest roll (used a lot for stat generation) or the ability to differentiate high roll or low roll (which will probably become more common with D&D Next advantage/disadvantage system).
A roll history would also be nice.
keep up the good work.

@Haladir: I am working on an Android version for Grimoire. A WinPhone version would be nice, maybe I can put that in before commencing the work on the Android version.
@Quijenoth: Glad you like the roller. It was my first app and would need a new paint job. Roll history, drop highest/lowest is on the TODO list now. But as I did not (yet) look into D&D next (currently very happy with Pathfinder) I do not know what you mean by "differentiate high roll or low roll". Can you give me an example?
@all: I am planning to branch into iOS development soon, any special apps you want to see there, too?

basic advantage disadvantage mechanic...
DM decides if you have the advantage or disadvantage for a specific roll (be it attack roll skill roll etc). if you are awared an advantage you get to roll 2 dice and choose the highest result.
So on an attack roll you would roll 1d20 twice and pick the highest of the two rolls (2d20=17,14 = result 17.)
Disadvantage works exactly the same but you must choose the lower result. (2d20=17,14 = result 14.)

As a windows user, and a previous iOS user, my personal preference is that you continue producing apps for windows over iOS. The iOS market has a lot of apps already and some of them have had extensive development histories.
Windows phones are on the rise and their app support needs a boost. Id rather see you dominate the windows market.

I've just started using these in an AP I'm running and they are quite handy. Nice work!
A random note about Windows phone, they appear to be planning on bringing windows phone apps in line with Windows apps at some point. It is a little unclear if that will be with some updates to windows phone as is or if it will be saved for windows 9. The plan as I understand it is basicly to switch the windows phone OS over to windows RT so all MS devices use the same app store. So depending on the time tables it may save you fussing with that version.

You are right, the systems will merge. Already there is a new common base in Windows 8.1 and Windows Phone 8.1 and in my newest project (Gun Maker for the Traveller 5 game) I used this common base to develop an app for both targets. If I would port Grimoire to this base it will now longer support Windows 8.0, though.

If you start the app itself, you'll get to choose the spellbook on the very first screen. Pinning spellbooks to the start screen is just for convenience. So, yes, they can be accessed from inside the app.
This is good, I don't want my start menu congested by a bunch of spell books.
Is there a way to use your spell book to create your prepared spells list for the day or track spells per day for spont. casters?
This may be reaching a bit, but it would be nice to be able to go into my spell book and select the spells that I will be preparing that day and have it create a sub list with my selected spells, with a way to track spells prepared multiple times. Maybe even make it able to adjust a spells level to allow for the application of meta magic feats.

The next release of Grimoire is about to be available in the Windows Store. It will include spells and classes from Ultimate Combat, Advanced Race Guide, Mythic Adventures, and Advanced Class Guide.
I am currently scanning through all the remaining spells and am planning to make them available as an "Everything else" option some time in the future.
