Dimensional Dervish Rule Clarification

Rules Questions

Ok so bare with me I am relatively new to Pathfinder and I need some expert advice on this feat. I am playing a Monk and if everything is how I think it is this feat can make him pretty OP. I could be wrong but hey that's why I am asking you guys.

Now this is what the feat states:

Benefit: You can take a full-attack action, activating abundant step or casting dimension door as a swift action. If you do, you can teleport up to twice your speed (up to the maximum distance allowed by the spell or ability), dividing this teleportation into increments you use before your first attack, between each attack, and after your last attack. You must teleport at least 5 feet each time you teleport.

Special: A monk can use additional points from his ki pool to increase his speed before determining the total speed for this teleportation.

Here are my questions:

1) Must I use Abundant Step to be able to use my Full-Attack Action as a Swift Action? Or can I use it as a Swift without even moving?

2) Since Flurry of Blows is a Full-Attack Action (pg. 57, Core Rulebook) I would be able to use FoB with this feat as a swift action, and since you can use BOTH a swift action and a Full-Attack Action in a round (pg. 181, Core Rulebook), could I use FoB twice in a round?

If what I am reading is correct, I could dish out 14 hits at level 17. That seems oddly OP to me, so if anyone could clarify that would be much appreciated.

You aren't using your full attack as a swift action. With the feat you are able to bump the action cost of your Abundant Step down to a swift instead of a move, and then do your full attack (which is still a full round action) except you can teleport between attacks.

Shadow Lodge

No, that's not what's intended.

It's the "activating abundant step or casting dimension door" that's a swift action when you full attack (which takes its own full attack action).

So you spend your swift action to abundant step, and full attack with one full attack / flurry of blows while teleporting between your attacks.

Ok I see what you mean. The grammar of the Feat implies otherwise though. It makes it seems that the Full Attack action becomes a swift action. It would make more sense if it was written

"You can take a full-attack action 'after' activating abundant step or casting dimension door as a swift action." or something equivalent.

Since it says you can teleport up to twice your speed (up to the maximum distance allowed by the spell or ability), dividing this teleportation into increments you use before your first attack, between each attack, and after your last attack. You must teleport at least 5 feet each time you teleport, and not must, you don't have to blink around?

You are not forced to teleport between attacks, but if you do it must be at least 5'
