Tvashtri picks over the detritus for any real quality pieces of junk.

"What's this? Electrum wire...a few ytterbium spearheads...jade platelets...a *perfectly* dehydrated frog...a diamond molar...Yes, now these I can USE!"

Let us observe a moment of silence for the chieftain. This enchanted club is a symbol of devotion to Bashy. Yea, even if he did not know the teachings of Bashy, he honored the Great Bruiser by his deeds. Bashy does not proscribe his followers slaying one another with bludgeoning implements. Truly, it is inevitable. But we will honor the fallen, even as he lies now within the noxious gullet of the Nasty Orc.

Praise be.

I'll bet we can sell this club back in the village.

Trap is going through pockets, bags, packs and sacks as fast as he can...

"Anyone see a really good healing potion?..I got an owie bashy."

Scarab Sages

"I believe we all do."

Oh right. I have some wands of cure light wounds. That'll be 10 gp per charge. I'll just add them to your tabs.

Scarab Sages

"I seem to recall you (somehow) have the power to channel positive energy...."

Negative energy. It's just like algebra - you have to be careful with your pluses and minuses.

I did have positive energy back when I worshipped Healy, but that dude was lame.

"Hmmmmm... All this talk of gods and such makes me think I should maybe find one for myself. I have done some research, and oozes tend to worship one of a pantheon of sludgy gods, most devoted to dissolving various types of matter. I can't really seem to groove off a god of eating gravel, though. Maybe it makes sense if you have a -6 racial Intelligence modifier. However, there is one... They call her/it the Platinum Octahedron, the Eager Kiss, the Eternal Slime, the Willing Splitter. I THINK she is the gelatinous cube love goddess. For some values of love, anyway. What do you guys think?"

*picks up a few hunted heads and hangs them from a hair band*

"Thanks, these guys don't have anything interesting. "....

Searches frantically for beads, feathers, bones, dice, rocks, marbles or at least one interesting item....

Kind of a kinder, gentler Nyarlathotep

"Sort of... no weird dimensions, no reason to eat you beyond making more ooze, no stars that are right, and so on. Maybe an underwater city, I am not sure. Yeah, Octa sounds like a good goddess for me."

"There might be a temple to It back in New-Tashboor-On-Ruins-Of-Old. I'm not sure why there shouldn't be several, in fact - but I think the really big, impressive one devoured itself...or something."

"Of course it did. It was probably REALLY tasty. Hazard of work."

That's kind of like when a temple to Bashy is deserted because all the faithful succumbed to mutually inflicted cranial trauma.

It comes with the territory.

I worship the great goddess Death.
It is hard to do otherwise when your father is a lich.

"I didn't know liches could... You know."

TD: There are beads, feathers, bones 1d26 ⇒ 22...Because who doesn't like 1E treasure generators 1d6 ⇒ 2 and an extraordinary jewelry piece worth 140 gp

"Bonsai! I hit the mother load, these dice are made from real bones or tusks or something....and check out the jewel encrusted chastity belt!!!"

Tries on extraordinary jewelry cod piece....

Did you hear the one about the lich and the prostitute? I heard she got a decent tip out of the transaction.

Did we know this about you? Sometimes I don't pay attention.

"Did you find a key for it too? I mean, now you may need it..."

I like my new club. Me keep it. Especially now that it has brains on it already maybe it will make me smarter?

"Nothing like killing people to make you hungry though. he says as he tears an arm off one of the dead head hunters and takes a bite out of it.

So what's next leader death lady? He says to Alyssa. He then takes some more of the bodies and stuffs them in his magic bag which he holds stuff in.

Hey Tasty Halfling guy does that thing make it harder to pee?

"What the??? Hey this is a choker necklace, it won't stay on unless I get a piercing..."

holds chain to his belly button....

We have a ring to destroy. Lets get going.

After a brutal struggle you all have soundly defeated the headhunter cultists. To your north and south are stairways leading up to what is left of the balcony. To the north there are three doors, on the south side there is but one door.

Where would you like to go?

I say south better weather usually than north.

"Makes sense if we are looking for one ring, it should be behind the one door."

We already have the ring, we are trying to destroy it.

TDB, check the south door for traps.

That's my ring! It was my share of the loot! Nobody is destroying it on my watch.

We don't care about your watch.

Scarab Sages

"You have a watch???"

Trap heads for the one door...

....looking for traps...
1d20 + 10 ⇒ (17) + 10 = 27

Sovereign Court

TD: You find no traps, upon opening the door you see the room is cluttered with pots, gourds, a rack of skulls, necklaces of bones and many skins and furs of animals.

OOOH, Dead Things!

(Did I just say that out loud?)

You've been spending too much time around your sadistic companions.

*perks up*

Dead things?

"What this place needs is a few fancy pillows!"

Trap pulls out a few decorative pillows as accent prices.....

Your bad influence is rubbing off on me.

Alissa: You search the room and find 5 gems worth(1000, 500, 800, 1200 and 50gp), In a wax sealed gourd is a potion of flying, The furs on the walls are worth 600gp total

Wahoo, Good loot.

Cool. Who carries the furs?

I could wear one. I look fierce in fur.

Furs and club? The Spring/Summer collection is looking way better than last year.

"These furs are clashing with the pillows, this is not fur-bulous!"

Begins stuffing furs into the bag of holding...that the pillows came out of....

Sovereign Court

Our intrepid band of heroes complete their search of what is now determined to be the Chief's quarters. Outside of the room, the balcony continues 60' east and turns north for 35' where it ends above the giant carved face you first saw upon entering the main hall below.

Just a dead end?

Let me rephrase it, there is balcony on the north, south and east walls, The one on the east wall i.e. The one you are on has a 15' wide break in it due to the giant carved face.

Outside the chief's door to the west are the stairs you ascended to reach the chief's room
