Can the Adopted trait be used to get the human racial trait 'Bonus Feat'?
Adopted: You were adopted and raised by someone not of your actual race, and raised in a society not your own. As a result, you picked up a race trait from your adoptive parents and society, and may immediately select a race trait from your adoptive parents' race.

No. There is a difference between a race trait and a racial trait.
What you can select from is a trait from the actual trait list that has a 'race: human' requirement. You cannot select from a racial trait, which is anything that normally comes with the race.
It comes up often, and is commonly confused, do not worry
