Antipaladins and Spells

Homebrew and House Rules

I just build an Antipladin and he is quite awesome, however the Spell list seems kinda short. He seems to lack the support the Paladin spell list has. Therefor I'm planning on asking my GM to use certain Paladin spells, since I feel those should have been added to his spell list in the first place.
I'm especially looking at spells, that aren't tied to a special concept and would fit well to the concept of the Antipaladin as well due to not bein tied to a certain alignment like Effortless Armor, Bloodsworn Retribution(sounds more like a crazed madman than a paladin anyway) or create some evil twins of aligment based spells like Littany of rightousness and Rightous Vigor.

Do you guys think this is reasonable or do you think, the Antipaladins utility and save or suck spells(especially Invisibility, Animate Dead, Hold Person etc.) already make up for this?

I'm having the same problem, but I have realized that playing an antipaladin is much different from a regular paladin.

I've discovered that I don't really miss Litany of Righteousness since I use a Conductive Weapon and can channel my Touch of Corruption through my weapon.
Effortless Armor I really miss, and I do not understand how it didn't end up on the Antipaladin list.

The antipaladin is such a different class in that I have no idea what to prepare as far as spells go. Invisibility and Corruption Resistance are my main memorizations, Doom and Death Knell go in my 1st level slots, though they usually end up going unused.

I definitely agree that I want some more useful spells for my antipaladin.

Might want to try the suggestion/homebrew forum.

Yeah I just wish conductive was on the Ability list for his Bonded Weapon. It seemed to me, that his low level spells are really useless, later on he gets a few neat spells. I planned on starting with Disguise Self(I'm a Tiefling) and Death Knell(for the lolz)

Thought about that too, but then I decided I could keep it here to keep it more of a general discussion

You're asking for suggestions about a house rule you want to do.

That sounds less general and more specific to the suggestion/houserule/homebrew forum.

Also, this. (Though that's personal opinion, and if your group is happier changing it rule of fun/rule of cool and all)
