I was just wondering how many folks from the Rocky Mountain Lodge are active here on the Paizo forums. I know there are a few of you out there - Drogon, Todd Lower, Kerney, Everett and Dave the Barbarian. I was just wondering how many others are here and we might not realize we know each other in RL due to forum handles.
We have over 300 people signed up on the RMPathfinder Yahoo group so there must be at least a few more here as well. Anyway, if you are from the Rocky Mountain Lodge (Denver, Colorado Springs, Northern CO), post here and let yourself be known!

Russ,
where is Parker located at from Colorado Springs?
Aaron
It's on the south-east side of Denver basically.
Here is the Google Maps link.

Sior checking in. For those who don't know me, I can't blame you. My job isn't exactly PFS friendly. So I mostly GM games online via Roll20.net. Nearly to 2 stars because of that venue. Wish I could get some more time in at actual stores. Have had to back down from several games at both Enchanted Grounds and Collectormania as of late. Hoping that'll change sometime by year's end.
(Side note: If there's anyone who needs a lift to and/or from Gen Con this year, message me and let me know. I've got a spot or two left in my car. Leaving Tuesday before the con, staying in Kansas City that night before finishing up the trip.)

@DtheB Dave! I know activities with your kids keep you busy. Are you running any games at Tacticon this year?
@Mimo We miss you here in Denver! You will always be and honorary member of the Rocky Mountain Lodge, where ever you roam.
@Sior Hey buddy. Hopefully we will see you back at CollectorMania eventually. Can you make Saturday games?
I want to try out some online games myself. I have been playing around with the new Paizo Gamespace. I will probably run a test game once they implement freehand drawing so I can draw some maps.
Anyone else lurking out there?

Alas no. My availability is weekday mornings, and sometimes Saturday mornings if my wife is feeling generous (backed out of this Saturday's games at EG because it's my wife's birthday and have to work that night... even though last I checked they were still short a GM.)
I've not gotten access to the Gamespace as yet. One member of the PFS Online Collective wants to try it out next week with some of us less priviliged members via invites, but no word has come from that.

Who do I talk to about signing up to play pfs games at bonnie brae for august 2013. I have a 2 nd level gunslinger.
Christian Dragos is the coordinator for Bonnie Brae (he's roll4initiative). He has not announced anything for August, yet; he tends to do so on a date-by-date basis instead of the entire month, and usually does so the week before the game.
When he does announce it, he will use the RMPathfinder group. If you are a member of the group you will get the email. Look for the emails that have "Bonnie Brae" in the subject line, as you will get emails from events elsewhere in Colorado, as well.

hi everyone,
Just checking back in.
@Tangaroa - Do you have many PFS games up in Boulder, Jake?
@Dave - are you running/playing any PFS games at Tacticon? Or are you running some homebrew games instead?
Now the important question: Who wants to run Eyes of the Ten now that Ru-Sataph, the Risen has reached 12th level?

My highest just hit level 10, and likely won't live to see Gen Con, elsewise I'd love to play.

Studpuffin and I just moved from STL to Aurora and made the pilgrimage to Enchanted Grounds once, but have never played PFS. Maybe once our jobs get settled and we're on a schedule.

I just got my first star and I had to post somewhere. :)
Thanks to all the great GMs in Colorado that let me play more than my share. Things have flipped here in Illinois and I'm running almost as often as I am playing, but I still owe the community as a whole a lot of service behind the screen. I had two brand new players at my table today, so I'm glad to do my part to grow the community.
Hope to see you all sometime soon.

Sorry for the delayed response. In short, no. Rather, most of us in boulder play at Total Escape Games in Broomfield on Saturday night. In principle, I would run games in Boulder at one of the local game shops if I could find enough players.

Welcome to the Denver area! You should try PFS, the players in the Rocky Mountain lodge are always fun to play with.

Thank you! We'll have to give it a try. :D

I thought I would go ahead and post the link here since our VC Jacque made the announcement yesterday.
The new Rocky Mountain PFS website is open for business.

I'm running behind on the roll call, I guess:
I'm actually in the middle of Wyoming (Lander) and have played once in the Front Range area at a store a bit north of Denver somewhere. Not sure if I'm eligible to be a member of the RM Lodge, but I'm more in the Rockies than I presume most of you are -- 8 miles from my doorstep to a wilderness boundary at ~7500 ft elevation -- so I guess that it's the right lodge for me.
Personally, I've been playing PFS since the first year (season 0) and have 4 or 5 characters with chronicles and about 20 unassigned GM chronicles. My characters have not advanced very far...max lvl 7, I think...but they've all been fun! I spent my first few years playing at the SF Bay Area Lodge (aka BAPS), where there are loads of players.
Mike asked me if I'd take up the reins as a VC or VL here in Wyoming, but I'm just not interested in driving all over the place to encourage play and keep tabs on game stores all over the state. Cody is pretty friggin' far from Cheyenne and Sheridan is ridiculously far from Evanston, never mind the road conditions in winter.
So, I'm a bit of a man on an island, with 5-10 others here in Lander who I've convinced to play once in a while. I don't think any of them are "excited" about PFS because we don't have a great game store / gamer presence here to provide a gathering spot and a good source of players and game supplies.
Cheers, Eelario
