I'm running two games at a convention next weekend and my timeslots are a tight 4 hr timeframe. Any suggestion on scenarios that keep things short but sweet?

Many of the low tier PFS can be done in that time frame...less lvls means less options to choose from. Its also important to keep them on a schedule...if they are getting off topic too much you might need to railroad them a bit to the final confrontation, and have them complete their missions after the fact (final rolls depending). Just a suggestion.

Yeah, you definitely want to keep to low-tier.

Specifically, "The Veteran's Vault" only took about 3 hours when I played AND when I ran it.

I'm excited to run it. It looks like a fun little dungeon crawl. I'm thinking of running one of the First Steps as well. Any thoughts on which is the shortest of the three?

From my experience, First Steps Part II is the shortest since the majority of the scenario takes place in one dungeon level.

Icebound Outpost (3-19) also doesn't take long long since the encounters happen almost one right after another with not much RP.

Goblinblood Dead from Season 3 is concise, with a usually brisk runtime.

From the time I played it, I would agree. However, another time I saw it being played at tables on either side of me (playing another game) and it wasn't moving nearly as fast. I don't know what held them up, but it seemed to take the full time for them.

Low Tier!

Assault on the Kingdom of impossible is a great one that can run short. Lot's of role playing and you can diplomacy your way through the whole thing. If the players play right it runs short, if they screw up EVERYTHING it runs 4 hours.

I was just going to suggest that one. Also, The Disappeared is a good one.

I agree with the recommendations for low tier, but I'd avoid season 4, other than The Disappeared.

Of course, there's always We Be Goblins.

I just didn't suggest the goblins, cause I was able to finish that in 2 1/2 hours...granted we cut out a bit, but why search things when you can just blow it up.

Just ran 1-33 Assault on the Kingdom of the Impossible @ subtier 1-2. Even with the players deciding to fight through all but the last encounter, the scenario only took 2 1/2 hours.
