Request for comment: Document on Daylight, Darkness, and interactions thereof.

About a month ago, I wrote a document on how darkness and light spells interact in a dungeon setting (where prevailing light conditions are "dark").

Given that two questions are still awaiting FAQ clarification (FAQ links are here and here, I have made several assumptions (see the back page).
