Do the Racial Favored Class found in the AGP apply to the Archetype Classes? Or just on the 'core' classes?
If you mean "does my racial favored class bonus for fighter work if I'm playing a fighter with an archetype?," then the answer is "yes." Assuming, of course, that the favored class bonus applies to something that hasn't been eliminated or swapped by the archetype.
