So according to this post here there will be a small surprise product released at PaizoCon. From my impression, this product will not be announced until the weekend of PaizoCon (based on us not knowing about it prior to the con)so let us all take a guess as to what this product could be...

My guess is that it is a Mythic Adventures Module in anticipation for the GenCon release.

The $14.99 price is puzzling.

A new module ... or a goblin plush that has good photochemistry.

Considering how difficult the original We Be Goblins is to find, maybe it's a collection of that with We Be Goblins Too.

All the old 3.5 Paizo modules converted to Pathfinder and republished as a hardcover book, with Pathfinder Support for all adventures.

Okay, that's more a pipe dream than an expectation...

That is not something that would be $14.99.

$14.99? Hmmm... some kind of starter kit/introductory package for Pathfinder Gamespace? or whatever the VTT is called.

Doesn't make sense as a physical product in the store at Paizocon...

True! I was thinking they would announce the product at Paizocon, but re-reading the original post I see it says a "special release" at Paizocon.

Okay do-overs - now I guess a Pathfinder Battles Miniatures set of some kind. Maybe the rest of the Iconics that have been produced so far?

I think a reworking of old material could benefit from nostalgia inducing previews in the lead up to release.

I'm betting its something new and cool.....and available on paizo.com immediately after the convention. :(

Given that the price point is on par with flip-mats or map packs, that may help narrow things down. I don't think it is something to do with Pathfinder On-Line as, in my mind, there would be no physical product for that. The Encounter packs have been around $20, though they could perhaps do a blind box of large/ huge miniatures.

It's about right for a four-pack of miniatures...

A Neil Spicer mini robot? ;)

"Return to Hook Mountain"

While I'd love a Mammy calendar, and the other iconics seems like the best guess...

... it *is* the 5 year anniversary of the conclusion of Curse of the Crimson Throne, and the Harrow Deck is out of print... so it could be a re-release of the Harrow Deck, with or without all new art!

The first installment of the Spires of Nex?

An expansion covering the outer worlds as an entry into extra planetary adventures?

A monthly subscription to replace the old Dungeon magazine?

The rerelease of the battlemat?

T shirts of all the iconics?

A really strong drink special at the hotel bar (though at $15, it better be a damn good drink)...

It's an Absalom Iced Tea. It comes in a gallon bucket. Limit 1 drink per customer...per weekend.

You did catch that's it's a relatively minor product, right?

When I dream, I dream big, Vic. ;)

Seriously though, I was thinking an intro adventure to the Spires (along the lines of the current Modules line length), a Campaign Setting sized installment on the Outer worlds (or focused on a single world ... a little over that $14.99 PP though) or a monthly adventure mag along the lines of Dungeon (at a higher PP).

Are you saying that I really should be guessing along the lines of a Cosmo Bobblehead? ;)

EDIT: Not to say that a Cosmo Bobblehead would be minor ... as long as it came with the mustache accessory pack it's all good. ;)

I shudder to think how deep into the well they would have to delve in order to make a one gallon drink for $15 ...

You'll forget all about that once you've knocked about 10-20% of that sucker back. We call that effect Cayden Cailean's blessing.

A good Sarenrae Sunrise or two will knock you flat and you'll hardly even be able to tell there's alcohol in it :D

But but but ... one should be able to tell if there is alcohol in what one is drinking ... though the Sarenrae Sunrise does sound pretty tasty.

Still, I will take my liquor straight (or just slightly bent) ...

As a serious guess, has anyone said "Pathfinder Battles: We Be Goblins Encounter Pack" containing (at least) the four new sculpts for the We Be Goblins adventures pre-gens?

Its the 2013 Paizo pint glass which under normal circumstances falls in at the $10 range. What brings it up this year to the $14 range is two imprints the first the normal 2013 logo but the second being the PFS Year of the Deamon art. But wait, there is more! Its also tinted glass which costs more to produce than clear, so we get the Paizo metallic purple glass with two imprints.

Act now ant they'll also throw in absolutely free a Ginsu pairing knife dog slicer (Its from Ginsu makes it a +1).

...also, if you pour Vodka into the pint glass, it converts it into Holy Vodka which does 1d4 against undead.

Gobbo slime ... kinda like the Slime from 1976 (later usurped by Nickelodeon) ... except it smells like goblins ... and is highly flammable ... and dogs and horses hate it, attacking it or anything in contact with it ... and ...
