So I have been trying to get the interactive maps printed and have not had any luck with taking a snapshot of an area and sending it to a printer. At first it seems ok but when I check the printer status only a couple of bits have been sent and even after 2:ours of waiting nothing more seems to happen. Never had this problem with modules or scenarios. Can anyone offer some help on what I might be doing wrong.
Might this be a printer problem?

If you are taking a snapshot from Acrobat, it's copying that info to your clipboard and you should then paste it into a new Photoshop or Gimp document. At that point, save it as a pdf and you should be able to print just fine though your resultant file will be low res and your print results might be dodgy.
To get higher resolution snapshots, you'll need to ramp up your resolution in the settings within Acrobat. Go to Preferences>General>Use Fixed Resolution for Snapshot, etc. The last bit is a radio button within the General Preferences tab. Crank that up to 300 and you should get pretty decent prints.
