Replacement GM?

This is probably more likely to come up in a PbP than a live game, but if a PFS GM cannot, for whatever reason, finish a scenario, can someone else replace them? (I ask because the GM for a PFS PbP game I'm in seems to have vanished into thin air, with no word from him for over a week.)

Ben, a PbP I was in had the same thing happen. I searched and found a replacement. Funny enough, that GM quit the game also. None of the players wanted to look for a third GM, so the game went kaput. First time I've ever had a PFS game fail, usually its the homebrews.
