Last Saturday one of the local TV stations had a live interview with the convention owner of ConQuest Sacramento. He was so impressed with what we were doing in the PFS room, that he chose to showcase our room in the broadcast.
You can see VL Rich Flynn running a table on the right, VC Scott Yaeger from Reno running a game to the left, as well as my back to the far left as I discuss the virtues of Pathfinder with an off-screen mother who had brought her two sons to the convention to check out PFS.
Cool Stuff!

Great report!
The news team didn't attempt to 'other' roleplaying, they talked about how people could get involved and they presented the entire event in a very positive and fun manner. I like it a lot! :)

I agree. I am very happy with how everything was presented in such a fun and positive manner. I especially liked it when the news crew asked if it was easy to find someone to help you learn to play if you're a new player. :-)

Huzzah!
That's cool!
May this media coverage birth a few dozen new players!

Awesome job!

Totally hid in the background! But if you look carefully for a girl in purple, you will find the mysterious one known as me.

ConQuest was awesome, and this was just the cherry on top!

wow.. wth

Silver Crusade 2/5

I made it in there, wearing the black hat and standing, around the 2 minute mark...kinda cool

Gotta admit, I had no idea that we were being filmed, guess I was too engrossed in running The Disappeared. Had I known that I'm sure I would have been nervous as all get out.

Loved it when one of the players at my table yelled "PROSTITUTE!" while they were filming. He had no clue until all of us practically jumped him.

That "animated" GM provided an awesome first experience using my new Ring of Invisibility. I've probably retold that story ten times by now =)

Yes, Eric, but it is a darn good story!

Ok Purgatori was at my table. One of the more memorable characters this weekend - I am glad he didnt die in the lava.

I also remember a certain archer that is now ever watchful of my tiefling....A Man knows who I am talking about!

Dark Archive 5/5

My notes on Creepy stuff in my adventures (yes I track creepy stuff!) turned into a book playing next to purgatori. A big creepy book.

You were definitely focused on running and it showed. The other players and I had a great time, and I'll probably be stealing your Chelish accent for my own games. :P

Business at The Dirty Bird is booming!

I won a "Prosperity" boon, +1 to Day Job rolls, and finally got enough Sczarni fame to turn my shop into a "Front" for another +3.

I'm even considering opening up another location. Maybe somewhere in Andoran...

Not Andoran. The markets of Katapesh need a 'Dirty Bird'.

That was the first time in almost 4 months that we have had a chance to play together as players Scott. I don't think that I have laughed as hard as I did while at those tables. "Creepy" for sure! The whole party was creepy. Team Creepy saved the village!

Ryan M.- So that Half-elf did not show up...I waited and waited...A Man did show up, to learn Chelaxain. That count for my faction point??

A man would not wish one to die in fire without cleansing one's soul. One may however, drown just fine. Only the weak willed would perish to such simplistic trickery. The one named Shelyn may have mercy on you one day if one were to abandon one's ways.
