suppose a life oracle with the channel energy revelation multiclasses as a cleric, so you have 2 separate pools to use for channeling.
now this character takes a level of holy vindicator which states:
The vindicator’s class level stacks with levels in any other class that grants the channel energy ability.
would the holy vindicator levels count twice for how much each pool of channels could heal?
As written, yes.
As PrC abilities generelly tend to work with a single class (spells and such), and having multiple channelings is very rare, the intention might be different however.
That being said, I don't think it is going to be problematic to allow. You might get a lot of channels, but they are going to be weaker (and your spell casting hurts).
