Order ships in 12 to 51 days?

When I was placing the order, I thought the usually ships in line said something typical, like 4-10 days. I checked the order because I had expected it to arrive by now, but it appears that it may not even have shipped. What is the reason for the unusual length of time required to ship my order, and is there any way of speeding this up?

Cave Troll and Ghost were 7-17 business days. It lookslike we are actually having a difficult time getting those in. Our distributor is listing them as out of stock. If you'd like I can remove those items? Other than those two, the Young Fire Dragon is on its way to us right now.

I can't help but notice that items in my order that were available are now back-ordered, and my overall order is seemingly becoming less likely to ship soon instead of more.

I'd like to request that you ship me the elements of the order that are ready and available, and then send the rest of the order when it eventually becomes available. I feel that there should be no extra cost to me for this service as all the items I requested were listed as Available when I placed the order.

I'm not sure why the delay is occurring, but it seems we are having a hard time getting the two minis in. I've moved them to a new order (which has free shipping). Everything else is here and I will get it shipped as soon as possible.
