Angel / Archangel build help...

Conversions

I've made several versions of Marvel characters and am currently working on making Angel/Archangel. I'm pretty well decided on Strix for my race (not a PFS build), but not sure on how "skillful" Angel/Archangel is. Should I go with a rogue archetype that allows him 8+Int for skills or would a fighter archetype (airborne ambusher) be suitable with the 2+Int?

You could do levels of both.

Archangel was never much of a fighter.
In two comics they stated he had the inability to always rise to the top and also to inspire hope.
So I would say bard.

Grand Lodge

Look into the aasimar in the Advanced Race Guide. There is a wing feat tree, if I remember correctly. I remember seeing something that was just like his metal wings... Of course, you can't get the feat until lvl 10.

I love the idea that I can make a D&D version of Archangel.

I wouldn't want a direct translation, but I'm trying to think what a good class would be for such a character. I'm leaning towards paladin. Then again, Archangel in the comics doesn't seem very paladin-like.

Shadow Lodge

Why not a fighter?

Inquisitor. :)
